What have we done with your help?

What have we done with your help?

This summer, the first municipal prosthetics center will open in Kyiv. With our team and network, we have contributed everything necessary: Two and a half years of work - preparation, planning, implementation, layout drawings for the construction on site, delivery of the required machines, equipment, and materials, and a 12-month intensive prosthetics training for six Kyiv staff members in Berlin.

So far, we have rehabilitated 53 severely injured soldiers from Ukraine and provided essential support on the ground.

To help seriously injured children in Kyiv, we established a neurosurgery department at Kyiv Children's Hospital No. 1 in 2024, with the support of the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation.

Ten civilian and military Ukrainian surgeons and doctors have had the opportunity to observe at the BG Trauma Hospital Berlin and the Bundeswehr Hospital Berlin, exchanging knowledge with German colleagues on the rehabilitation of severely injured patients.
